Mountain Pure Water is currently a pre-launch preview site — there's no live store or checkout yet. This page describes, in plain language, the little bit of data the site collects today. It will be replaced with a full policy before any real commercial launch.

What we collect

If you chat with Wally, the water-finder assistant on this site, your messages are sent to our chat service so it can generate a reply. Your browser also stores a random, anonymous ID in local storage so a conversation stays on one thread — that's the only cookie-like storage on the site today.

The contact form, newsletter sign-up, quiz email capture and filter-life reminder on this site are demo forms — each one is labeled as such. They aren't wired to a live backend yet, so anything typed into them isn't stored or sent anywhere.

What we don't do

No ad trackers or third-party advertising pixels run on this site. We don't sell, rent or share your data with anyone. There's no cross-site tracking.

Questions

Reach us through the contact page. The public support mailbox will be added after the production email domain is confirmed. When Mountain Pure Water moves from preview to a live commercial site with real orders and accounts, this policy will be replaced with a complete one covering payment and shipping data.
